Goodbong now has 2 vacuum coating production lines, using the imported power evaporator and high performance which imported from Japan, Equipped with the most advanced vacuum coating machines. Digital control to make sure every product without yellowing, light leaking out, surface particle, blank coating area, paint leaking, sketch and wrinkling. its unique roast ability can adjust the partial temperature of the plastic according to the product special need, and to assure the accuracy of each product, and create a more beautiful product visual effect.
Thermoforming advertising series Production Line:
Goodbong has 2 large-scale semi-automatic production lines, the largest vacuum coating size could be 2000x3000mm. Goodbong has around 30 sets large-scale vacuum forming machines, the largest forming size could be 2500x8000mm, Goodbong has 1 set world wide advanced full-automatic forming machine , which is imported from Germany. We have 1 set large-scale semi-automatic PC forming machine, which can fabricate PMMA,ABS,PS,PE,PET,PETG,PC,etc , The plastic sheet thickness should be under 12mm. We also have an Italian full-automatic edge cutting machine, professional formed products edge cuttig and treating equipments, The equipments can support the fabrication and producing of every kind and size plastic sheet. Daily output of the same product could reach 1800M2.
Goodbong has an experienced professional R&D team, there are 5 persons with more than 8 years experience, and another 10 technicians with over 5 years experience in the team, and also other 10 regular technicians. Because of their excellent work, we are leading the industry all the way.

Product Aftersales:
Every product of Bobang company has hologram register label, on which marked the date of production, if there is any problem of quality inguarantee period, Bobang will take the responsibility. We will fabricate and change the new products for free, if the customer want to slove the problem himself, then all the cost can be taken by our company, but the total cost limit is 2 times value of the changed products. if there are any problem in using period, Bobang can provide the new products for free, but we will not be responsible for any other charges.
